This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on https://apocalypsehookah.com. We ship only where permitted by law and carrier rules.

1) Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

2) Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates and available methods are shown at checkout and are based on destination, package weight, and carrier availability. We may ship in multiple packages when necessary.

3) Age-Restricted Delivery (21+ / Adult Signature / ID)

Many products sold on this Site are age-restricted. To comply with applicable requirements and to prevent sales to minors:

  • We may verify your age/identity prior to shipment.
  • Delivery may require Adult Signature and government-issued photo ID at delivery.
  • Packages may not be left unattended when adult signature is required.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to failure to provide signature/ID, the shipment may be returned to us.

4) Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship where prohibited by law.
  • We may restrict shipping to certain states, cities, or jurisdictions based on legal/carrier requirements.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

7) Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to present valid ID, or inability to obtain an adult signature, any refund (if applicable) may be reduced by shipping costs and fees incurred.

8) Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package and product (for damage claims).
