This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on https://apocalypsehookah.com from APOCALYPSE DISTRIBUTIONS (DBA Apocalypse Hookah).

1) Final Sale Items (Health & Safety)

Due to health, safety, and regulatory considerations, many items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once shipped. This includes, but is not limited to, consumable products and other items that cannot be resold for hygiene/safety reasons.

2) When We Will Make It Right

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund (at our discretion) if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • An item is missing from your order.
  • Your order arrived damaged (shipping damage).

3) Reporting Window (7 Days)

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report an issue. Email support@apocalypsehookah.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the package and product (required for damage claims)

4) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable

  • Opened or used products
  • Consumable items once shipped
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Clearance/final sale items (if marked as such)
  • Shipping charges (unless the return/refund is due to our error, where required/appropriate)

5) If a Return Is Authorized

If we authorize a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

6) Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as otherwise required). Processing times vary by payment provider and may take several business days after approval.

7) Refused Delivery / Failed Age Verification / No Adult Signature

If delivery is refused or cannot be completed because an adult signature and valid ID cannot be obtained, the package may be returned to us. Any refund (if applicable) may be reduced by shipping costs and fees incurred.

8) Chargebacks

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can help. Chargebacks and payment disputes may delay resolution and may result in account restrictions where permitted by law.
